The goal was to develop an inclusive and appealing athleisure wear brand with a meaningful identity, accompanied by versatile logo designs suitable for fabric application.
Gatekept required assistance in developing a comprehensive brand identity for their new athleisure fashion brand, which was set to launch in Sydney and Dubai. Key elements of the brief include defining the brand's target audience, creating a unique and appealing logo, selecting a colour palette and fonts that align with the brand's image, and establishing an overall brand image that resonates with potential customers in these specific markets. In our approach to establishing the Gatekept brand, we conducted a thorough analysis of key target audiences and demographics to deeply understand the audience's preferences and behaviours. We then emphasised core brand pillars such as body inclusivity, fashion-forward trends, and effortless simplicity, which guided the formulation of Gatekept's brand image. Our brand messaging focused on elevating the confidence of young women through inclusive and empowering apparel. Finally, we crafted Gatekept's visual identity, including a distinctive logo, to ensure a cohesive and appealing brand presence.
