Grace Gold's owners were looking to increase the number of bookings and number of clients with the long-term goal of growing the business to the point it they could step back from the business. The main goal through paid social media advertising was to increase the number of bookings, predominantly from new clients, received each month.
Born Social's specialist advertising team strategically planned, created and managed a series of Meta advertising campaigns targeted toward Grace Gold's ideal target audience and optimised toward obtaining new bookings. While our graphic designers are engaged to create eye-catching, on-brand graphics, we took Grace Gold's content to the next level by holding a content shoot on-location to capture a large library of UGC-style content, allowing us to craft engaging, authentic content that resonates with - and includes - their key target audiences.
After just a few months of ads running, Grace Gold reported experiencing their 'busiest month' yet, with ads generating more new clients over the course of 1 month than Grace Gold had ever experienced. This is the firs time this client has invested in social media advertising, and across the lifetime of our management, the average ROAS achieved within our sales campaign is $3.13.
Born social have been doing instagram marketing for us for around 2-3 months now - we’re a hairdressing salon. The results have been amazing!!
