SUL Skin was a yet-to-launch brand, with a strong brand identity as the go-to skincare expert, with a youthful, vibrant, and relatable personality. SUL Skin came to Born Social for assistance in effectively communicating their desired brand personality across their social media platforms. To be introduced as a trusted, friendly skincare brand across social media platforms, highlighting inclusivity and expert knowledge.
As a new, unknown brand, the aim was to introduce SUL Skin to their primary target audience, and effectively and consistently increase their brand awareness. Through increased brand awareness, the ultimate goal was to consistently increase their website traffic, grow online sales, and build a loyal social media community that trusts their advice, loves their products, and feels like they can always come to them for helpful, relatable tips. Born Social leveraged SUL Skin’s brand identity and objectives to develop their organic and paid social media strategy, as well as the creative photographic and visual graphic direction. We executed this vision through an in-studio product photoshoot, refining the creative approach as the brand evolved. SUL Skin used the captured content across their website, ensuring a high-quality, cohesive brand presence. To boost brand awareness, we launched an Influencer Marketing campaign, collaborating with influencers whose audience aligned with SUL Skin’s target audience.
In just 12 months, SUL Skin experienced an impressive 728% increase in its organic Instagram following. This significant growth was fueled by a combination of consistent, high-quality content and a deep understanding of the brand’s target audience. By staying true to its inclusive, friendly, and expert-driven approach, SUL Skin was able to build genuine connections with followers, transforming casual visitors into loyal fans.
